Bio-Drones & Cryo-Clones Bundle

For use with the Mothership® Sci-Fi Horror RPG

Bio-Drones & Cryo-Clones is a biopunk facility-crawl for Mothership RPG, inspired by the body horror of Cronenberg’s The Fly and a twisted take on Metroidvania “save stations.”

PCs wake up in the Mountain Forces R&D Facility, dropped smack center into the plans of a scientist gone mad in her love for the dead despot that once owned the world. Players must gather clues, navigate NPC motivations, evade monstrosities before they Become the Mutants.

Can they break the cycle? Or are they doomed to reawaken and Become the Mutant again and again, until it's too late? 

Bio-Drones & Cryo-Clones follows the Mothership RPG tradition to maximize page space, stuffing these 46 pages with gameplay features. Packed in this zine, you’ll find:

The Sleeper Crew Pamphlets

The PCs have "volunteered" to join The Sleeper Crew (a Division of Freezer Operations). Freezer Ops put them in Extended Cryosleep, and leased their cryopods to a Company Client in Rimspace. The Client awakens the PCs only to deal with the worst of scenarios (i.e. practically any Mothership RPG module lol).

The Contents:
The pamphlet includes a character background generator focusing on why they joined the Sleeper Crew, for how long they've been under, how much they know about where they're going, and what they're getting paid for doing this craziness.

Bane/boon tables for the Effects of Extended Cryosleep offer a fun mechanical bent to the adventure to add a little extra madness to the mix. 

The two versions are purely flavor: one is written by the Company, the other is written by a Rimwise "volunteer."
