Marginalia #2

Marginalia is a new fantasy literary zine series by writer Logan Garner. This second issue features two pieces of poetic flash-fiction and two works of verse.

Readers meet a devilish friend, peer inside the psyches of hunter and prey, witness a beleaguered alewife’s revenge, and learn a vain king’s regrets. Each piece is illustrated with classic medieval images.

Pendergast always seemed to speak in riddles. Alexandra enjoyed him, but this aspect of him could be frustrating. Certainly, she couldn’t be faulted for her inability to perceive him through the “Other corridor,” as he called it.
