INFINITE REVOLUTION
INFINITE REVOLUTION is a tabletop RPG about hope in the face of entropy, breakneck battles in the void of space, and the brilliant burn of the human spirit, for 2-5 players and a GM. The OVERDRIVE edition (that's this one) is the revised, reimagined, and definitive sequel to INFINITE REVOLUTION: STARLIGHT, the author’s original breakout project.
You and your friends play as Revolvers—humans whose inner fire burns so hot, quick, and bright their atoms would flare to ash if not for an implanted paracausal turbine called the Revolver Drive. The Veil, a race of entropic alien predators, have swallowed the stars, and they're coming for the rest of your solar system next. It's time to take it back—for yourself, for your loved ones, and for everyone back on Earth. They're counting on you.
THE GAME
Here's what you can expect:
- Fast, cinematic, brilliant: Core resolution is a simple d6 pool, and every rule and mechanic has been precision-tuned to put the focus and depth where it counts—bombastic space action, boiling tension, and radiant, emotional comebacks and last stands.
- Three modes of play: Strike at the Veil in high-speed Combat, conduct mission-critical rescue and defense operations in Crisis, and try your best to relax in Cradle before you're scrambled out to do it all again. Each phase of play is designed to flow into the next for a seamless, well-rounded experience.
- Knife-edge tactics: Choose from 12 unique Drive Cores based on the Western zodiac, each with their own powers, combat specialties, and thematic character complications, then customize them even further with an arsenal of 30+ powerful weapons, combat styles, and secondary abilities.
