prose-poetic non-fiction photo zine about decay and rurality
This zine was inspired by a bicycle tour of rural south-western Manitoba. The intention isn't to convey facts or show clear images so much as to recreate the disjointed, surreal feeling of standing in abandoned rural places and wondering about their history. Somewhere between poetry and essay, this zine may be haunted by some of the same things that haunt its subject matter.....
